Melbourne – Host City of the 2004 IPCRG World Conference

Melbourne, capital of the state of Victoria and Australia’s second largest city, is host city for the 2004 IPCRG World Conference. Whether it’s fine dining, arts and culture, sporting events, haute couture shopping or just simply magnificent architecture and streetscape; Melbourne has it all.

With a population of just 3.5 million people, Melbourne is a multi-cultural city that is home to nationalities from around the globe. This is reflected in the thousands of restaurants throughout Melbourne providing cuisine from around the world. Melbourne truly is the restaurant capital of Australia.

From Melbourne, you can have easy access to a range of attractions and magnificent scenery ranging from the grandeur of the Great Ocean Road to Outback Wilderness, from kangaroos and koalas to the nightly Penguin Parade. It’s all within easy reach of Melbourne.
