 Group bookings have been made at the
Sofitel Melbourne, the conference venue, and at a number of
nearby hotels to suit all budgets.
To obtain the special conference rates,
accommodation bookings must be made through Convention
Associates by entering your requirements on the
registration form. Rates shown are per room (not per
person) per night and include GST.
Accommodation Deposits
There is a deposit of one night’s room
rate per room. If sharing, the deposit should be paid by
one person only; please do not split the deposit. Please
do not send more than the required deposit, it cannot be
accepted. The balance of your accommodation account
should be paid directly to the hotel upon departure.
Please note that the deposit does not include GST. That
will be included when you pay the final account at the
hotel.
Changes to Accommodation Bookings
Any changes to accommodation bookings must be made in
writing to the Conference Secretariat, not directly to
the hotel. Changes to accommodation after Friday 16
January 2004 will be at the discretion of the Conference
Secretariat, subject to individual circumstances and the
policy of the individual hotel.
